Q: What differentiates the Deck from others?

This deck is very personal, every image has a story. I wanted my first deck to be like my book, coming from the heart. I searched high and low for a specific artist, and the universe conspired and sent me the exact artist I want and need right at my doorstep. We would have weekly and monthly meetings, Callie was able to get inside my psyche, my vision and get exactly what I wanted for every single details.

Q: How would you describe it?

It is like looking through time to an era long gone, Lebanon at the turn of the last century through the Ottoman Empire and the French mandate à la 1001 Nights mood.

Q: Size of cards / Box?

The standard Blue owl Lenormand size

Q: What do you personally love about Lenormand? 

The simplicity, the straightforwardness and the clarity.

The Letter – I am so happy we were able to incorporate this very personal love letter written from my mom to my late dad before I was even born into the beautiful art and setting created by Callie French

Only one, when the crossroads becomes a path.

Q: If you could add anything to our WLA Community what would it be?

Accepting everyone’s different style of reading and looking at it as love of diversity.

When you were learning Lenormand what was your favourite technique?

Pulling few random cards to make a line. Sometime 2, 3, 4, 5, or more depending on my mood.

What advice would you give readers wanting to learn Lenormand?

Two words I always repeat over and over and over: Context context context and practice practice practice.
